DIN Rail Accessory Mounting Cover Kits

The 56 Series Two Gang Cover Assemblies are moulded in hi-impact polycarbonate and feature a specially designed mounting bracket which accommodates the full range of Schneider Electric circuit breakers, RCDs, and combination MCB/RCDs. Covers suit all 56 Series enclosures (minimum standard depth 63 mm) and are supplied with neon indicators, which can be wired from either the line or load side of the switch.

The unique 56CB4NM protective membrane, incorporated into the unit, covers MCBs, RCDs, and accessories to provide a barrier against dust and water, including wet hands when the flap is opened to reset switches.

All 56CB4 include a padlocking facility on the cover flap.

The internal phase connections between switches and sockets are factory wired.

The 56RC provides stand alone protection or multiple protection of socket outlets in a modular IP66 Series Enclosure.

The RCD used in Clipsal 56 Series Modules only helps protect against shocks from current passing through the body to Earth.

Complete protection under all circumstances is not possible from this or any other device.

56CB4 series does not include mounting enclosure (back box), if required standard two-gang version can be ordered separately using catalogue no. 56E2-GY.
